Rocky ruled, a swashbuckler of the highest order. Lee Dixon and David Rocastle were my two favourites as a kid . I read at the weekend that Rocastle was also an inspiring prescence off the pitch - this doesn't suprise me one bit. He had such character and had Arsenal written all over him. His memory will, i'm sure, last forever.

rest in peace old chap i got the news at 12.22pm on saturday turned on sky news to a preview of the arse-spudz match only to be told of the untimely death of David Rocastle like everyone else i was shocked at the news. To think someone so young could die so soon, as the tribute in the news of the world yesterday said "only the good die young" i think if i was on my own when i got the news i would have cried however i was near tears went to watch the match then on saturday and have to say everyone kept the mins silence thanks to everyone. had people coming up to me all day asking what happened, everyone no matter who they supported was in shock we miss you Rocky, you'll always be a gunner
